Atlassian Project Manager

Agile Processes Area is responsible for helping organisations improve their internal processes by transforming tedious and repetitive tasks into collaborative and agile moments. This transformation is achieved by using the most modern methodologies along with state-of-the-art software such as Atlassian products. This is applicable not only to Software Development Cycle processes but to any kind of process of medium/large organisation.
YOUR ROLE
As an Atlassian Project Manager, you will deliver valuable help to our customers in providing continuous improvements to their organisation processes. Your main role will be to manage Atlassian projects, ensuring team monitoring and communication with the client.
You will play a key role as a digital transformation evangelist by inspiring the stakeholders of organisations to renew their mindset.
Your daily activities will include:
- Meeting with clients to understand business rules and translate them to functional and technical requirements.
- Managing Atlassian projects, ensuring proper team monitoring and communication with the client, guaranteeing the best practices of XPAgile.
- Monitoring ongoing opportunities, participating in pre-sales meetings and technically supporting sales processes (e.g., demo of Atlassian products for customers).
- Participating and producing content within the unit’s marketing initiatives related to Atlassian tools.
- Participating in requirements specifications, designing deliverables, sprint planning, review and retrospective.
- Performing configuration and customisation into Atlassian’s platforms such as Jira, Confluence or Jira Service Desk.
- Participating in developing solutions and /or workflows, conducting testing, supporting team building and documentation.
- Searching for apps and plugins from Atlassian partners that can speed up the development and implementation of several user stories or improvements.
- Making use of the industry best practices at every stage of solution development until the final deployment into Atlassian’s platforms.
- Proactively engaging in continuous improvement efforts for project design, support, and practising development

SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
- MSc / BSc in Engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with team members to gather and understand business requirements and translate into optimal JIRA / Confluence solutions
- Team management experience
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integrationas well as the organisation’s functional organisation and responsibilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and approaches such as scrum
- Experience with web services(REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.)
- Strong experience in using Maven, Jenkins, GIT, JIRAor equivalent tools
- Willingness and desire to be a Atlassian Certified professional
- Team player and problem-solving skills
