Junior Dynamics 365 Developer
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software is a key part of any company, as it allows organizations to manage all iterations with customers and potential customers, from prospecting and marketing, through sales and transactions, to culminating in support to the customer during and after the sale. We want to help our customers improve their business processes through technology, making them more efficient and less painful.
YOUR ROLE
As a Junior Dynamics 365 Developer at Xpand IT, you will be responsible for analysing, supporting teams and participating in the customisation of applications. Your function will involve meetings with the internal team, active participation in maintaining existing solutions and developing new features, roles, workflows, and forms, among others.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
- Participate in daily meetings with the internal team to set priorities, plan activities and system customisations
- Configure and customise the CRM platform with forms, roles, duplication rules, dashboards, charts, custom filters, views and workflows
- Use industry best practices in all phases of solution development, ensuring code release is readable, scalable and optimised
- Proactively work to improve project design, support and development together with Project Managers

SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Technologies or equivalent
- Professional experience (6 months – 1 year) with Dynamics 365
- Experience in JavaScript or another frontend language
- Professional experience with PowerPlatform, PowerApps or PowerAutomate
- Ability to present and discuss requirements and workflows
- Interest and motivation to be a certified developer
- Critical thinking to question and propose new ways of carrying out processes
- Good written and spoken organizational communication skills
- Enjoy working with a team and solving complex problems
// Will be a nice plus if you have:
- Experience with technologies based on C#, Plugins, CRM Tools
- Experience in SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
