Talent Management Specialist

The Human Resources area is concerned with the entire journey of employees (and potential employees) from the first contact with Xpand IT.

It ensures that there is a stringent recruitment process and a welcoming onboarding so that everyone is well received and integrated. It is responsible for properly managing all benefits, partnerships and protocols and to energise the Xpanders community, always with the aim of promoting Xpand IT human culture, based on strong values.

The main objective is to create lasting and trusting relationships that guarantee each Xpander’s personal and professional development.

YOUR ROLE

As a Talent Management Specialist you will be responsible for contributing to Xpand IT’s global Employee Engagement strategy in order to maximise employee satisfaction, commitment and retention. You will plan, implement and support a series of activities throughout the year that promote collaboration, in a hybrid work reality.

You will know what motivates employees and promotes culture alignment, and will use this information to develop tailor-made engagement activities.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Plan and implement initiatives that reinforce the company’s core values ​​and promote the sense of belonging and commitment from employees
  • Collaborating with experts across the company to maximise the impact of these activities
  • Participate in the implementation of HR processes across the organization
  • Be a human resources partner for talent management with different business units
  • Advocate and be an example of Xpand IT’s core valuesand promote their practical application at all levels of the organization
  • Propose new ways of cultivating employees’ commitment and engagement
SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • Experience (+5 years) in HR operations, project management and event organization
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Effective and impactful communication
  • Ability work under pressure and collaboratively
  • Ability to work with autonomy
  • Intellectual curiosity and innovative spirit, keen to investigate new solutions practiced in the sector
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Ability and ease in building empathetic and trustworthy relationships at all organization levels
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate English, with conversational and written proficiency
