Sales Assistant
Sales is the Xpand IT department responsible for converting leads and marketing strategies into sales and effective business. The focus of this department is on developing business opportunities, generating sales and contributing to the company’s growth. By integrating our Sales area, you can expect to work together with our Marketing and IT Services teams, so that we can jointly create and maintain relationships of trust and success with our partners and customers through technology.
YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Assistant, you will have a key role that will involve providing direct administrative support to the Sales team, in developing and continuously managing existing and potential customers, to ensure that the team meets its growth objectives.
Your daily activities will include:
- Nurturing customers, gathering feedback and responding to ad hoc requests
- Coordinating and taking over the after-sales process for the resale of licences, subscriptions and IT services
- Shouldering and supporting the billing process
- Supporting the Sales team, creating and tracking all business interactions
- Supporting and designing proposals and presentations
- Reporting to the management team
SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Basic knowledge of IT ecosystem and services
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail
- Sound time management skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment, in need of constant adjustment of priorities
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
