Digital Content Creator
The entire marketing and communication strategy is ensured by the Marketing department, which is responsible for promoting the Xpand IT brand in its various aspects: institutional, services and talent. Our daily mission is to ensure that the brand message is disseminated in a clear and effective way to different audiences: internal and external, national and international. We work focused on producing results, mostly through digital marketing and inbound marketing strategies for lead generation and nutrition.
YOUR ROLE
As a Digital Content Creator, your primary role will be to help people realize the value of different technologies, demonstrating how different solutions can help solve different challenges and their capabilities. You will work together with customers and different internal teams to demonstrate how the technology can be used in different ways – with an enthusiasm that will make others want to try the technology for themselves.
You will work in an integrated way with the Marketing team to develop different types of content to support the marketing & communication strategy and support the implementation of the marketing plan.
Your daily activities will include:
- Developing benchmarks for different customers, industries and markets
- Supporting the organization and delivery of initiatives such as webinars, workshops, events, etc.
- Understanding the value of the technologies being promoted to demonstrate their use to clients or internal teams
- Being up to date with the latest market trends, and news about different technologies
- Developing interesting content, adapted to the environment and to the different targets that are intended to be reached
- Developing marketing materials such as market studies, blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, success stories, videos, etc.
- Creating SEO-oriented content to drive traffic to the website
- Supporting the implementation of our marketing plan and activity calendar (e.g. support for events, webinars, workshops, etc.)
SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Training in marketing, communication, journalism or similar
- Experience in marketing roles (preferably in the IT industry)
- Experience in developing written/copy content – excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in developing market benchmarks
- Ability to multitask and work in an accelerated ecosystem, without losing focus
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
