Marketing Project Manager

The entire marketing and communication strategy is ensured by the Marketing department, which is responsible for promoting the Xpand IT brand in its various aspects: institutional, services and talent. Our daily commitment is to ensure that the brand message is disseminated in a clear and effective way to different audiences: internal and external, national and international. We work focused on producing results, mostly through digital marketing and inbound marketing strategies for lead generation and nutrition.

 

YOUR ROLE

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will have the responsibility for managing the day-to-day marketing of 3 major business areas: Big Data, Business Intelligence and Data Science. Here, you will interact directly with those responsible for the areas (the Business Unit Managers) in order to implement and operationalise marketing strategies that meet the units’ macro objectives. All of this, while ensuring alignment with the global marketing message and the company’s purpose. For this challenge, in addition to your hard skills in marketing, you will have to put into practice your soft skills of communication, creativity and resilience, in order to effectively and efficiently respond to different challenges.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Building the Marketing Plan in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensuring the management and implementation of the Marketing Plan of your units, from planning to execution, in all off and online channels.
  • Having the ability to organise webinars and events online, manage and produce content, manage strategic partnerships, manage websites, etc.
  • Managing the development and support of our products (websites, communication plan, etc.)
  • Analysing market trends, recommend changes in marketing strategies and business development based on analysis and feedback.
  • Managing the relationship with different internal and external interlocutors.
  • Supervising and execute the creation and delivery of content and other marketing materials.
  • Ensuring the execution of the overall marketing plan, promoting alignment with the entire marketing team.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • Training in Marketing, Communication or similar
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing
  • Versatility, proactivity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to continuously manage relationships with different interlocutors
  • Ability to go from strategic to operational, from planning to execution
  • Strategic thinking, ability to manage and analyse budget and data
  • Focus on lead generation and creation of added value

// Will be a nice plus if you have:

  • Over 3 years’ experience in the IT sector
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies like Scrum
