Sales Administrative
As a Sales Administrative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Atlassian sales team, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly to facilitate deal closures and maintain efficient operations.
YOUR ROLE
Your daily activities will include:
- Creating and following up on sales interactions to streamline deal closures.
- Preparing commercial proposals and presentations.
- Managing sales documents, contracts, and reports.
- Assisting the team in lead qualification and follow-up.
- Maintaining and monitoring information in the CRM to optimize team performance.
- Supporting client requests and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Overseeing the licensing process and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ensuring the sales invoicing process is completed efficiently.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Clear communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Knowledge and experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, or Jira Service Management).
