YOUR ROLE

At Xpand IT, as a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing customized solutions. This will involve meeting with customer stakeholders, understanding business goals, developing solutions and creating custom workflows.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Meeting with clients to understand business rules and translate them to functional and technical requirements
  • Performing configuration and customization of CRM platform
  • Participating in the development of solutions and/or workflows and executing testing, training and documentation
  • Making use of the industry best practices at all stages of solution development until the final deployment
  • Proactively engaging in continuous improvement efforts for project design, support, and practice development efforts, with the help of project managers

SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • MSc / BSc in Information Systems and Technology or similar degree
  • Professional Experience (+1year) with Dynamics 365 
  • Being able to present and discuss requirements and workflows
  • Direct experience working on CRM projects in mid-size or large-size companies
  • Working knowledge and experience with business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
  • Willingness and desire to be a Certified Developer
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with problem-solving skills

// Will be a nice plus if you have:

  • Experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages(Salesforce, Siebel, among others)
  • Professional experience with PowerPlatform, PowerApps or PowerAutomate
  • Experience with Java and / or C# based technologies
