Digital Communication Technician
The entire marketing and communication strategy is ensured by the Marketing department, which is responsible for promoting the Xpand IT brand in its various aspects: institutional, services and talent. Our daily commitment is to ensure that the brand message is disseminated in a clear and effective way to different audiences: internal and external, national and international. We work focused on producing results, mostly through digital marketing and inbound marketing strategies for lead generation and nutrition.
YOUR ROLE
As a Digital Communication Technician for Talent Marketing & Employer Branding areas, you’ll be able to manage our different digital marketing tools, in an integrated perspective and with a focus on continuous improvement for our department goals.
- Support the management of A-Z digital campaigns, from a strategic and operational perspective
- Support the construction and management of online advertising campaigns, according to budget and set goals, with a focus on generating candidate leads
- Support career website management – being responsible for updating it, including updating content, creating landing pages, etc
- Create SEO-oriented content to generate traffic to the website
- Manage content review and translation with external reviewers and translators
- Develop marketing materials such as blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, success stories, videos, etc
- Create content with our email marketing tool (newsletters, mailshots, etc.)
- Support the collection, processing and analysis of data from different digital marketing tools
- Support the implementation of our Marketing Plan and Activities Calendar (e.g. support for events, support for PR advice)
SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
- At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing (preferably in the IT industry)
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Journalism or similar
- Knowledge in several Digital Marketing channels (Social Networks, Email Marketing, SEM, Inbound Marketing)
- Experience in developing written / copy content – excellent writing skills
- Good communication skills and easy integration into working teams
- Eager to learn and share knowledge
- Able to multitask, deal with pressure and work in a fast paced environment, never losing the sense of priority and focus
- Willingness to take initiative and shoulder responsibility
- Excellent written and spoken English

- Search Engine Marketing experience and training
- Experience in editing video content for social media or willingness to learn
