Job Opportunities Applications
We try to create an agile and efficient recruitment process that is a positive experience for you. We use technology to simplify and adapt each phase to the technological area and your profile. Throughout the application process for our job opportunities, you can count on our availability, feedback and close monitoring. So, if there is "love" at first sight for your skills and experience, you should expect our feedback during the first 15 days.
HR Interview
At this stage you will talk to the Talent Acquisition team and get to know Xpand IT and the technological area that you are applying for. We will ask you to explain your most relevant experiences and projects you have been involved in and put your hard and soft skills to the test. Also this is the time to ask any questions you have about us.
Tech Interview
You will talk to one of the technical managers in the area and get to know the technologies, the unit and the projects of the team that you will be integrated into. This is where you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge in order to understand whether this challenge matches your profile and your expectations.
Tech Challenge
Unlocked! This phase is optional and depends on the specific area and function you are applying for. What you need to know is that as the name suggests - you will solve a challenge, having your first experience with what could be your daily life in the team. This tech challenge is fundamental for us to understand your level of practical knowledge and how to adjust our initial training to your job.
